Our Office Team

Owner and Managing Director.  I am often asked why we are called "Three Star" when we deliver a quality service. The reason for the name, is a tribute to my Father the late Bob Dudley, who was very well known in the town. He had a business called Three Star Taxis which operated in the 60's and 70's from High Town rd, before he later started Lutonian Buses.  In those days 4 Star and 5 Star grading didnt exist.

I started Three Star Coaches back in 2002 after having sold Lutonian Buses. Over the last 15 years I have enjoyed seeing the company progress and develop into one of the leading coach firms in our area. 

Operations Manager. We acquired the services of Kevin with the business acquisition of Buffalo/Seamarks/Dunline Coaches in 2003. Kevin, has remarkble skills in managing complex logisitic coach movements and has a vast knowledge of most coach operators throughout the UK.

He is now joint CPC (Certificate of Professional Comptetance) holder which allows him to keep an eye on the business compliances. Like all staff, Kevin is asked from time to time to help out with the driving which he willingly does.

Accounts Manager. Isabelle is a vital member of the team and keeps all the staff happy (by paying their wages). She is always friendly and cheerful over the phone and is always there to help with any problems. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years now, Isabelle is very skilled and knowledgable and is a key asset to the company!

Sharon (left) - Sales Booking Clerk. Sharon joined us in April 2018 and has proven to become a vital member of the team. Whilst maintaining a strong level of professionalism, Sharon is very cheerful and pleasant to work with. Furthermore, she has helped in a wide range of tasks outside her normal duties and has become very popular with the customers. Recently, she has enjoyed taking a role of greater leadership among the office staff.

Office Sales. We are pleased to have Roger in our team again! Roger can often be heard ringing our customers, talking about our trips and giving quotations.
